  • How do I navigate my closet?
    To find your way in one click, you can filter within your dressing room: by brand, per season, by category (clothing / accessories / shoes) and within categories, by more precise category
  • How do I remove an item from my closet?
    All you have to do is click on the trash can icon at the bottom right of the item you want to delete, and a popup will appear asking you if you want to permanently delete this product from your wardrobe, and you just have to click on “delete”. Otherwise, you can click on “cancel”.

  • How do I remove an item from my wishlist?
    All you have to do is click on the heart icon at the top right of the item you want to remove, and a popup will appear asking you if you want to remove the item from your wishlist, and you just have to click on “remove”. Otherwise, you can click “Cancel”.
  • How to navigate the look library?
    As in Quick Look, you can navigate between the 4 clothing styles (bohemian, minimalist, chic, casual) and between the 3 types of looks (daytime, evening, chill), to find the looks you liked.
  • How do I delete a look from my look library?
    All you have to do is click on the heart icon at the top right of the look, and a popup will appear asking you if you want to remove the look from your wishlist, and all you have to do is click “remove”. Otherwise, you can click “Cancel”.
  • How to navigate the quick look section?
    The Quick Look section offers you look suggestions based on 4 clothing styles (bohemian, minimalist, chic, casual) and 3 types of looks (day, evening, chill).
  • How do I access the details of each look?
    All you have to do is click on the board and the details of the elements will be displayed. You can even access the URL link to the merchant site if you wish to purchase the item. Otherwise, you can add it to your wishlist.
  • How to get “what you already have” stickers?
    These thumbnails appear once you have started to digitize the contents of your wardrobe. Our algorithm can then make matches between what is proposed in the look board and the contents of your wardrobe, to allow you to reproduce the look and try new associations.
  • How to access more looks?
    Looks are updated daily. You have 3 per style and per type of look, which makes a total of 36 look suggestions per day.
  • Where can I find the looks I liked?
    These looks can be found in the “Lookothèque” section which is located in the “Dressing” menu.
  • How do I add an item to my wardrobe?
    All you have to do is let yourself be guided and fill out the form which takes no more than 2 minutes per piece: simply add a photo of the piece and then fill in the requested information (category, size, brand, season, color ) and voila !
  • How to make an appointment with a stylist?
    You can make an appointment with a stylist in the CloZ app, by selecting the service of your choice, then reserving a slot. You can then make the payment directly in the application, secured by our partner Stripe.
  • How does it work once you have made an appointment?
    Once your appointment is made, you will receive a summary email with a link to access the appointment as well as a payment receipt. You can of course modify or cancel your appointment if you are unable to do so.
  • Can we choose the stylist we make an appointment with?
    For the moment, we are ensuring distribution according to the schedule of our various partner stylists.
  • How do I change my profile information?
    You can modify your information at any time in the Account > Profile section.
  • How do I delete my account?
    You can delete your account in the Account section > Username and security > delete account.
  • How to configure app notifications?
    You can configure email and/or phone notifications directly in the Account > Notifications and contact > Email notifications or phone notifications section.
  • How to contact CloZ support?
